Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Birkenhead
Salary: £30,000 - £37,000 (Dependent on Experience)

About the Role:

• Self-assessment knowledge a pre-requisite
• Liaising with client to obtain suitable source records
• Liaising with HM Revenue & Customs to resolve client issues
• Preparation of statutory accounts
• Preparation of related corporate tax returns

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 3 years practice experience essential
• Excellent organisational abilities & great attention to detail
• Competent in producing statutory accounts using FRS 102
• Ideally qualified in either AAT, ACA, ACCA, or QBE
• Be an ambassador for the firm and maintain client relationships
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with online computer software. I.e. Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent and Sage
