Are you an experienced Accounts professional seeking a new challenge? We are actively seeking an Accounts Semi-Senior to join my clients dedicated team in Worcester.

Role Description:

• Preparation of accounts for review and approval by supervisors/managers
• Compilation of company tax computations
• Raising pertinent and coherent queries to facilitate supervisor/manager review
• Coaching and mentoring junior team members
• Supervising and reviewing the work of more junior staff
• Cultivating strong relationships with clients
• Staying abreast of changes in accounting standards

You:

• Qualified by experience, AAT/ACA/ACCA qualified, or part-qualified
• Passionate about delivering high-quality service to clients
• Friendly and adept at clear communication with colleagues and clients
• Knowledge of Iris is preferable, though not essential
• Commercial awareness and exceptional time management skills
