Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the preparation of year end accounts
• Preparing personal and corporate tax returns for a diverse portfolio of clients
• Preparing and submitting VAT returns
• Completing general bookkeeping duties
• Supporting senior team members in delivering exceptional accounting services to clients
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Supporting junior members of the team as and when required

Requirements:

• AAT/ACCA/ACA part qualified
• Must have at least 3 years experience in a UK accountancy practice
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficient in using accounting softwares such as Xero, Sage and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with numerical data accurately.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
