Bookkeeper
Naples, Florida
$40,000 - $50,000
My client provides top-tier tax services, accounting solutions, and business consulting to their clients. They’re committed to helping businesses and individuals achieve their financial goals with precision, professionalism, and personalized service. My client is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their team and contribute to their growing success.
Job Responsibilities:
As a bookkeeper, you will:

  • Maintain and manage financial records, including the general ledger, invoices, and receipts
  • Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts and financial statements
  • Prepare accurate financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Assist with payroll processing and tax filings
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
  • Work closely with our tax and consulting teams to support client needs and ensure smooth financial operations

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably within a CPA firm or similar environment
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required. Relevant experience will be considered.
