Location: Central Manchester
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 (Dependent on Experience)

About the Role:

• Work closely with other departments to provide seamless and integrated client service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and expand the firm’s network of prospective clients.
• Identify additional services that add value for clients within the portfolio.
• Review and suggest improvements for greater efficiency within the audit function.
• Actively demonstrate hands-on leadership as a senior manager, setting a high standard for the team.
• Oversee a portfolio of audit clients, managing the full audit process from planning to completion.
• Coordinate various audit projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
• Take charge of larger and more intricate audit and corporate cases across the firm.
• Guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• You will hold extensive experience working within a UK accounting practice.
• ACCA or ACA qualification
• QBE candidates will also be considered for this position.
• You must hold the right to fully work in the UK.
• Extensive audit background, especially with complex projects.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop audit teams.
• Skilled in handling multiple audits and meeting deadlines.
• Clear and effective communicator with clients and teams.
• Ability to build client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
