Responsibilities:

• Supporting directors
• Delegating tasks to junior team members and ensuring smooth workflow operations
• Preparing year-end financial accounts and reports
• Preparing management accounts
• Handling VAT returns efficiently
• Managing a diverse portfolio of clients
• Preparing and submitting corporation tax returns
• Communicating directly with clients and addressing their queries

Requirements:

• 3 years experience working in a similar role within a practice setting
• Possess a forward-thinking and proactive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership skills
