Puro Accountancy are delighted to be supporting my client, who are a well-established accountancy practice based in Coalville, and are currently seeking an experienced and driven Accounts Senior to join their team. As an Accounts Senior, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, preparing accounts and tax returns, and providing advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
• Preparing tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring deadlines are met and providing excellent customer service
• Providing advisory services to clients, including VAT, payroll, and bookkeeping
• Supervising and training junior members of the team

Requirements:

• ACCA or ACA qualified (or equivalent)
• Minimum 4 years of experience working in an accountancy practice or relevant field
• QBE (Qualified by Experience) candidates with the right experience will also be considered
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
