Location: Spalding
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum (based on experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Audit & Accounts Manager to join our clients dynamic team in Spalding. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional looking to take the next step in their career, with clear progression opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 4 employees, ensuring high performance and professional development.
• Oversee and execute audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Manage and review accounts preparation work, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and support.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a similar role, managing both audits and accounts.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
