• Active CPA license
• Mid-level Excel skills
• Advanced QuickBooks Online skills
• Gaining client trust and familiarity with unique circumstances.
• A strong work ethic is a must with a high level to commitment.
• Accountability for assigned tasks and promises to meet due dates.
• Mid-level Excel skills
• Ability to adapt to advanced tax software packages.
• Advance knowledge of individual and business tax rules and recent law changes.
• Personable verbal skills and professional composition skills
• Ability to explain complex data in simple terms.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing advanced business tax returns and complex personal tax returns.
• Email and telephone correspondence with customer service excellence.
• Working with team support staff to help them perform their tasks, giving instructions and answering their questions.
• Problem solving to reduce client and staff frustrations leading to positive outcomes.
• Composing letters to various tax agencies and other professional correspondences
