Job Description:

• Preparing statutory accounts under both FRS102 & FRS105
• Prepare company tax computations as well as self assessments
• Help junior staff when needed
• Preparing and submitting VAT returns
• General bookkeeping duties
• Deal with HMRC queries re tax, calling them and replying to clients etc

Requirements:

• Studying for ACCA/ACA qualification or qualified by experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a UK accountancy practice, candidates without UK accountancy practice experience will not be considered
• Must have good understanding of accounting knowledge
• Good knowledge and experience of a variety of accounting softwares
• Must be a good communicator & be able build relationships with clients
