The Role:
- Process high-volume payrolls accurately and efficiently.
- Perform manual calculations and ensure compliance with legislation.
- Liaise with clients to address queries and ensure accuracy of data.
- Generate reports for review and distribution.
- Manage year-end processes and provide support to team members.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in high-volume payroll, preferably in a bureau setting.
- Knowledge of payroll legislation and processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and relevant software
- Familiarity with auto-enrolment and pension procedures
