Puro Accountancy are thrilled to be aiding an established accountancy firm who are seeking an accomplished outsourced finance professionals for a rewarding role while they continue to expand. Join our client’s team in an independent firm operating across Central Scotland, with over 90 staff and 9 partners. - Process invoices, expenses, and financial transactions swiftly, ensuring accurate VAT and General Ledger code recording.
- Handle the preparation and issuance of sales invoices for clients.
- Oversee reconciliation of supplier/vendor accounts and prepare payment runs for approval.
- Monitor bank and control account reconciliations.
- Ensure timely preparation and reconciliation of VAT liabilities and returns, submitting to HMRC.
- Supervise the preparation and posting of management accounting journals, including report generation.
- Respond promptly to client queries via telephone and email.
- Manage filing and document organization.
