Job Title: Management Accountant
Location: Chester
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (Dependent on Experience)

About the Role:

• You’ll be responsible for your own portfolio of clients
• Preparation of statutory accounts for small to medium sized Limited Companies including corporation tax computations
• Preparation of unaudited Accounts for sole traders and partnerships
• Preparation of self-assessment tax returns
• Managing a small team of accountants and reviewing work
• Liaising with HMRC on client queries

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Minimum of 2 years UK practice experience essential

• Able to manage a portfolio of clients
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with online computer software. I.e. Xero, QuickBooks and Sage
• Either nearly completed or completed ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
• Be an ambassador for the firm and maintain client relationships
