- Meet and exceed defined targets and KPIs, aligning with the firm's Business Development strategy.
- Develop a deep understanding of our services and foster positive relationships with key stakeholders.
- Generate leads through diverse channels, including referral marketing, networking, industry events, cold calling, and social selling.
- Oversee and report on the Sales pipeline, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement tailored campaigns, maximising business impact.
- Cultivate new client relationships and sales opportunities across all service lines.
- Respond to inbound leads and craft customised proposals for clients spanning various sectors.
- Establish a network of influential referral partners within the professional services landscape.
- Exhibit a solution-oriented approach to sales.
- Build and nurture client relationships by comprehending their needs and objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities within the existing client base.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Comfortable in a dynamic, field sales environment attending trade shows and networking events, coupled with office-based sales activity.
- Prior experience in Accountancy/Professional Services is desirable.
- Demonstrated robust B2B sales experience.
- Proactive attitude with a keen willingness to learn.
- Thorough understanding of lead generation, sales, and client management activities.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a "can-do" attitude.
