Are you ready to drive business growth and make an impact as part of a dynamic Sales & Marketing team? We're seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join our client in expanding their presence in the vibrant Liverpool City Region.

The Role:

  • Meet and exceed defined targets and KPIs, aligning with the firm's Business Development strategy.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our services and foster positive relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Generate leads through diverse channels, including referral marketing, networking, industry events, cold calling, and social selling.
  • Oversee and report on the Sales pipeline, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement tailored campaigns, maximising business impact.
  • Cultivate new client relationships and sales opportunities across all service lines.
  • Respond to inbound leads and craft customised proposals for clients spanning various sectors.
  • Establish a network of influential referral partners within the professional services landscape.
  • Exhibit a solution-oriented approach to sales.
  • Build and nurture client relationships by comprehending their needs and objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the existing client base.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Comfortable in a dynamic, field sales environment attending trade shows and networking events, coupled with office-based sales activity.
  • Prior experience in Accountancy/Professional Services is desirable.
  • Demonstrated robust B2B sales experience.
  • Proactive attitude with a keen willingness to learn.
  • Thorough understanding of lead generation, sales, and client management activities.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a "can-do" attitude.
