With their comprehensive range of services, including bookkeeping, payroll management, financial statements, and tax return preparation, they are committed to helping their clients achieve financial success and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping: Accurately manage and maintain clients' financial records, including reconciling bank statements, monitoring transactions, and maintaining general ledgers.
  • Payroll: Process payroll for clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Tax Preparation: Assist in preparing individual and business tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Financial Statements: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to resolve discrepancies, answer queries, and provide support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a related accounting role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with payroll processing and tax preparation.
  • Knowledge of local tax regulations and laws.
