Job Title: Bookkeeper
Location: Slane, Co. Meath
Salary: €35,000-€45,000

They are a dynamic hospitality company based in Slane, Co. Meath, dedicated to providing exceptional service and experiences. They are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join their team and help manage their financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle VAT, PAYE/PRSI submissions
• Conduct bank reconciliations
• Manage credit control and debt collection (minimal)
• Prepare accounts to trial balance stage
• Generate weekly reports for directors
• Liaise with suppliers to manage accounts payable
• Maintain strong IT skills for efficient financial management

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Sage accounting software
• Capable of bringing accounts to trial balance
• Strong IT skills
• Experience with VAT, PAYE/PRSI, bank reconciliation, and credit control
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
