Responsibilities:

• Perform bookkeeping for a variety of clients, including bank reconciliations.
• Conduct monthly reconciliation of debtors and creditors.
• Prepare and reconcile balance sheets monthly.
• Compile annual accounts up to the trial balance stage.
• Prepare and submit VAT and RCT returns.
• Process weekly and monthly payrolls for clients.
• Handle various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, preferably within an accountancy practice.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (Sage preferred).
• Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of the role.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Current experience in a practice environment.
• Commitment to delivering professional and client service excellence.
