About the Role:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions and reconciliation of accounts.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain smooth financial operations.
- Prepare financial reports and contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Collaborate closely with the finance team to streamline processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to uphold the firm's reputation for excellence.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least three years’ experience in an accountancy firm
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a meticulous approach to maintaining accurate financial records.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and colleagues.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
