Key Responsibilities:

As an Audit Senior, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our audit processes. Your responsibilities will include:

On-Site Audit Leadership:

  • Lead on-site audits, implementing agreed plans from start to finish.
  • Coordinate on-site resources and allocate tasks to team members, managing timescales for completion.

Quality Assurance:

  • Take the lead on audit quality, ensuring strict adherence and compliance with company practices and auditing standards.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with audit juniors, reviewing their work and providing support in their professional development.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, offering support to team members and sharing knowledge across teams.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop strong client relationships to adapt communication approaches and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Understand the impact of multiple services offered to the same client, collaborating with other teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Audit Findings Reporting:

  • Prepare comprehensive on-site audit findings reports, identifying and documenting any areas of concern or risks identified by the audit team.
  • Emphasise relevant messages and submit reports for review.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

  • Identify potential areas of opportunities for cross-team working.
  • Actively engage with other teams to maximise collaboration and ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in leading on-site audits.
  • Strong understanding of auditing standards and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to mentor and support junior team members.
