Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple engagements and audit teams simultaneously
• Assign and delegate tasks to staff auditors
• Review work for accuracy, ensuring compliance with audit standards
• Perform risk and control assessments to ensure quality outcomes
• Complete audits within deadlines and prepare reports for shareholders
• Present audit findings and offer recommendations for improved compliance and efficiency
• Participate in networking and community events to enhance our firm's presence

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (significant progress toward CPA certification required)
• CPA License preferred
• 6+ years of public accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of auditing practices and principles
• Experience in multiple industries, such as construction, manufacturing, healthcare, non-profit, and more, is a plus
• Familiarity with PPC Smart and CCH ProSystem FX is advantageous
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on building strong relationships
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently
