Job Overview
I am seeking a dynamic and experienced Audit Manager to join my clients growing team. As an Audit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing audit engagements for their local and international clients, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, both domestically and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion for a variety of clients
  • Oversee a team of auditors, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring professional development
  • Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact, addressing client concerns and providing value-added advice
  • Review audit files, ensuring all work complies with regulatory standards and firm policies
  • Assist in business development initiatives, including identifying opportunities with existing clients and participating in proposals for new business
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of audit regulations, accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP, etc.), and industry trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including tax and advisory, to deliver a holistic service to clients
  • Ensure effective communication with clients to deliver clear, concise audit findings and recommendations

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in audit
  • Proven experience managing audit engagements and leading teams within a public accountancy firm
  • Strong understanding of IFRS, GAAP, and relevant audit standards
  • Experience working with both local and international clients across various industries
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel (if required)
