Location: Durham
Salary: From 22,000 a year (DOE)

Responsibilities:

• Assisting any junior members of staff with training and any support they need
• VAT returns, bookkeeping and payroll
• Preparation of limited company financial statements
• Assist with a range of statutory, client money and audit and assurance
• Preparation of sole traders and partnership accounts as well as personal tax returns

What are we looking for:

• Ideally AAT Level 4 qualified or currently training towards ACA/ACCA.
• Minimum of 2 years + experience in Practice
• Great attention to detail and committed to working independently
• A full clean driving licence is essential with this position as you will need to travel to clients premises
• Excellent IT skills
