Location: Manchester
Salary: £51,000 - £62,000 (dependant on experience)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Complete client files and audits accurately and on time, meeting all requirements.
• Assist junior team members with questions to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain high standards in client work and comply with legal obligations.
• Obtain necessary client documentation promptly to meet deadlines.
• Handle client requests and inquiries to foster loyalty.
• Track billable hours and ensure timely recovery.
• Prepare client paperwork (such as accounts, tax, PAYE, VAT) for HMRC submission on time.
• Represent the firm professionally.
• Manage workload to meet deadlines and prepare work for approval.

 
Key Qualifications and Experience:

• ACA/ACCA Qualified or equivalent or qualified by experience (QBE).
• Possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in a mixed Audit and Accounts role.
• A skilled communicator, adept at engaging with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Previous experience within a practice setting is essential.
• Committed to continuous self-development and learning.
• Natural leadership abilities, capable of guiding and nurturing others.
• Proficiency in using CCH, Xero, and Microsoft tools.
