Key responsibilities include:

• Make the most of tools like Xero and other apps to work efficiently, supporting clients with various bookkeeping responsibilities.
• Always treat clients with respect and ensure their information stays safe.
• Reply promptly to messages and keep all communication professional.
• Organize your tasks well to meet deadlines set by your Client Manager.
• Keep everyone in the loop by sharing updates and addressing any issues early.
• Take full responsibility for your tasks, ensuring they're done well and on time, while also being able to advise on the latest cloud-based software and digitising processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proficiency in digital processing and cloud-based accounting software.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with clients.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
