Puro Accountancy are currently seeking a highly motivated VAT & Bookkeeping Manager to join an established firm in their Brighouse office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company, with the chance to take on new challenges and progress your career.

• Managing a team of bookkeepers and reviewing their work
• Assisting with professional development
• Being a point of contact for accounts, tax and other queries
• Preparing end of year accounts for a varied portfolio of clients
• Managing a portfolio of self-assessment tax returns
• Assisting with tax returns for partnerships
• Reporting to senior management

Requirements:

• AAT qualified and/or ACA/ACCA part qualified
• Experience of Iris, Xero, Quick Books, Sage, and Dext.
• 5+ years practice experience
• Passionate for high quality service
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Desire to develop and progress
