Senior Tax Accountant
Fort Lauderdale
$110,000 – $135,000 + Bonus
As a Tax and Accounting Manager you will play a key role as a trusted advisor to our clients. You will deliver comprehensive tax and accounting services while offering strategic guidance and advisory support to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- Master’s Degree in Accounting or Tax (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in public accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting and tax principles
- Familiarity with filing requirements and deadlines for income, sales, payroll, and tangible tax returns
- Excellent analytical, reasoning, and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, delegate, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop
- Experience with Thompson Reuters software (preferred, but not required)
- CPA license, EA designation, or CPA eligibility (preferred, but not required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for small businesses
- Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
- Conduct tax research and respond to client tax-related inquiries
- Prepare 1099s, sales and use tax returns, and tangible tax returns
- Provide tax projections and planning services to clients
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships
- Mentor and guide colleagues
