Salary: Up to £32,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Handle bookkeeping tasks, VAT returns, and prepare full sets of statutory year-end accounts and tax returns.
• Collaborate with Senior Accountants to ensure accurate review and submission of financial documents.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients
• Provide occasional ad hoc accounting or tax-related support and directly engage with clients as needed.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in bookkeeping software such as Xero, QuickBooks, VT, and Freeagent.
• Experience in preparing VAT returns and statutory year-end accounts.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and liaison with regulatory authorities.
• Prior experience in an accounting role preferred.
