Semi Senior Accountant - 5 month FTC

Up to £30K DOE

Puro Accountancy are delighted to be working with an expanding accountancy firm based in Barnet. Our client is currently searching for an experienced semi senior accountant to join their team. This position is a 5 months FTC due to the office relocating however there is the opportunity for this to become permanent. If you this sounds of interest then we would love to hear from you!

The role

• Preparing accounts under FRS102 & FRS105
• Managing a small portfolio of clients
• Preparing both personal and corporate tax returns
• Preparing and submitting VAT returns
• Bookkeeping duties
• Liaising with HMRC
• General ad hoc duties
• Supporting junior members of staff

You will need

• AAT/ ACCA/ ACA part qualified
• Must have at least 2 years experience working in a UK accountancy practice
• Experience in a previous similar role is desirable
• Experience with a variety of accounting software’s is desirable
