Based in Sunderland, Puro Accountancy, are excited to be working with a successful independent accountancy practice who are looking for a qualified and experienced Personal Tax Senior to join their expanding team. If you are searching for a role where no day is the same, this is the perfect opportunity to work for a firm where you will experience a wide range of personal tax matters while continuing to augment your accountancy career.
The Role:

• To manage numerous clients which consist of landlords, Directors, Trusts, and Sole Traders.
• Advising clients of tax responsibilities and liabilities and providing them with the information they require to meet required deadlines.
• Identification of planning opportunities.
• Self-Assessment and 60-day gains tax returns and P11ds.
• To monitor and learn about emerging tax laws as well as tax planning and saving provisions.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Minimum of 3 years in a practice accountancy role
• AAT Qualified or Qualified by Experience.
• Proven record of successfully managing your own portfolio of clients.
• Prior knowledge of Digita Personal Tax Software (Full training can be provided)
