Are you an experienced Payroll Manager seeking a new opportunity? Look no further! Our client, a prominent Independent Accountancy Firm in the Chester area, and is expanding due to growth and is on the lookout for a talented individual to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the payroll process for a varied portfolio of clients
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll
• Manage a small team to ensure clients payroll requirements are met on time.
• Handle payroll-related queries and issues from employees and management
• Maintain payroll records and prepare reports as necessary

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 3 years of payroll experience within a practice setting
• Proficient in payroll software and systems
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance
• Ability to mentor and support junior team members
