Job Title: Part-Qualified Accounts Assistant
Location: Cork

A growing accountancy practice in Cork is seeking a Part-Qualified Accounts Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual pursuing their accounting qualifications to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparation of management accounts and financial statements
• Process invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Assist with VAT returns and payroll processing
• Support senior accountants with ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Part-qualified in ACA, ACCA, or similar accounting qualifications
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within a practice
• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
