Overview:
A leading accounting firm is seeking a skilled and motivated Manager to lead its Non-Audit Department. The role focuses on driving excellence in client service, team performance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Acts as the main contact for clients, providing expert advice and maintaining strong relationships.
• Team Leadership: Leads and mentors the Non-Audit team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Financial Reporting: Oversees the preparation of accurate financial statements and analyses, ensuring compliance.
• Process Improvement: Enhances accounting processes to boost productivity and service quality.
• Compliance: Ensures adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
• Experience: Extensive experience in accounting practice with proven leadership skills.
• Skills: Proficient in accounting software, strong knowledge of Irish GAAP and IFRS, excellent communication, and a commitment to ethics and integrity.
