Role Overview:
An accountancy practice in Dublin is seeking a Head of Financial Management to lead its financial advisory team. This role involves overseeing client financial management, driving strategic growth, and enhancing service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy: Lead the financial management team and drive business development aligned with firm goals.
• Client Advisory: Manage client portfolios, providing strategic financial advice, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements and compliance with accounting standards.
• Team Development: Mentor and develop team members, setting performance targets and fostering professional growth.
• Process Improvement: Implement efficiencies and leverage technology to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• 8+ years in financial management, preferably in practice.
• Proven leadership, client management, and technical accounting skills.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
