Position Overview: As a Corporate Tax Senior, you will play a pivotal role in the tax advisory services, contributing to the success of their clients and the growth of the practice. They are looking for a candidate who can hit the ground running, bringing a wealth of experience in corporate tax and a proven track record in providing strategic advisory services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services
- Provide expert advice on complex corporate tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and international tax issues
- Conduct thorough tax reviews and identify opportunities for tax planning and optimisation
- Stay abreast of changes in tax legislation and regulations, ensuring compliance and advising clients on potential impacts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of client needs
- Mentor and support junior members of the tax team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment
Qualifications:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified
- Extensive experience in corporate tax, with a focus on advisory services
- Strong knowledge of UK tax legislation and regulations
- Proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
