As a Client Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients and ensuring their financial needs are met effectively. You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, including individuals, small businesses, and corporations, providing them with comprehensive accounting services and strategic advice.

Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, understanding their financial objectives, and offering personalized solutions to meet their needs.
- Managing all aspects of the clients' accounts, including bookkeeping, tax planning, and compliance.
- Overseeing and reviewing financial statements, providing accurate insights and recommendations to clients.
- Assisting clients with complex financial matters, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless service delivery and identifying opportunities for business growth.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience working in an accountancy practice environment, demonstrating a strong track record in client management.
- Proven expertise in various accounting software and applications.
- A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients in a clear and approachable manner.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy of financial reports and recommendations.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
