Puro Accountancy is thrilled to support a respected accountancy practice in Stockton-on-Tees, seeking a motivated Bookkeeper/Tax Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to various projects and grow your career in a modern and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle bookkeeping for a diverse set of clients.
- Prepare and submit self-assessments for personal and corporate tax.
- Prepare and review VAT returns.
- Provide cloud setup and training.
- Offer tax advisory.
Ideal Candidate:
- AAT qualified and/or relevant experience.
- Proficient with Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, and Iris.
- A clear, logical mindset and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
