Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting with substantial progress towards CPA certification.
• CPA License required.
• Over 5 years of experience in public accounting.
• Strong expertise in accounting and auditing, with proven proficiency.
• Experience across multiple industries is advantageous (e.g., construction, manufacturing, small business, healthcare, technology, non-profit, government, benefit plans, etc.).
• Familiarity with PPC Smart and CCH ProSystem FX is a plus.
• Strong team player who values the importance of building strong relationships.
• Professional communication skills with the ability to think critically and work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support multiple engagements and teams simultaneously.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to staff auditors.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance by reviewing the work of team members.
• Conduct thorough risk and control assessments.
• Deliver audits within deadlines and submit reports to shareholders.
• Present audit findings and identify opportunities to enhance compliance and efficiency.
• Engage in networking and community events.
