Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting with substantial progress towards CPA certification.
- CPA License required.
- Over 5 years of experience in public accounting.
- Strong expertise in accounting and auditing, with proven proficiency.
- Experience across multiple industries is advantageous (e.g., construction, manufacturing, small business, healthcare, technology, non-profit, government, benefit plans, etc.).
- Familiarity with PPC Smart and CCH ProSystem FX is a plus.
- Strong team player who values the importance of building strong relationships.
- Professional communication skills with the ability to think critically and work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support multiple engagements and teams simultaneously.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to staff auditors.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance by reviewing the work of team members.
- Conduct thorough risk and control assessments.
- Deliver audits within deadlines and submit reports to shareholders.
- Present audit findings and identify opportunities to enhance compliance and efficiency.
- Engage in networking and community events.
