The Role
My client is seeking experienced Audit and Accounts Seniors to join its expanding team. This role offers a chance to lead and develop within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities

• Audit Leadership: Plan and oversee audit assignments, ensuring effective briefing of staff on key risks.
• High-Quality Outputs: Draft precise financial statements and audit reports with actionable recommendations.
• Team Development: Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff while contributing to their professional growth.
• Efficient Management: Handle multiple audit assignments concurrently, optimizing resources and time.

Requirements

• Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, or equivalent accounting certification.
• Knowledge Base: Strong understanding of risk, Irish GAAP, FRS102, and CA2014, with an awareness of industry trends.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Irish audit and accounts practice.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Bright Accounts Production, Xero, or similar software is an advantage.
