Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Are you an experienced and accomplished individual looking for the next step in your career? Our client is a thriving independent accountancy firm in the South Manchester area and are seeking a dedicated Senior Accountant / Accounts Manager to lead the team and drive success.

As an Accounts Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a diverse portfolio of approximately 150 clients and their financial needs
• Providing expert advice on complex financial matters and strategic planning
• Overseeing and mentoring a small team of accounting professionals
• Ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service and satisfaction
• Staying updated on industry regulations and driving best practices within the firm

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Ideally need to hold a ACCA or ACA qualification or be close to qualifying.
• Hold a minimum of 4-5 years experience within an UK accountancy practice.
• Have the skillset and experience to manage and develop a small team
• Exceptional communication skills, both with clients and team members.
• A client-focused mindset and a track record of building and maintaining client relationships
