AAT Accountant

AAT Accountant required!

Up to £37K DOE
We are delighted to be partnering with a thriving accountancy practice based in Ipswich who are looking for an AAT qualified or part qualified accountant to join their expanding team. Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the preparation of year end accounts under both FRS102 & FRS105
• Preparing personal and corporate tax returns for a variety of clients
• Preparing and submitting VAT returns
• Completing general bookkeeping duties
• Supporting senior team members in delivering exceptional accounting services to clients
• Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

Requirements:

• AAT part or fully qualified.
• Must have at least 3 years experience in a UK accountancy practice.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficient in using a variety of accounting softwares.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with numerical data accurately.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
